2009 Official Registration Deadlines
July
1, 2009 for Fall Sports.
September 1 for Winter Sports
Jan 1 for Spring Sports.
The registration deadlines for each sport are provided below. The registration
fees are $45.00 for the first sport and $25.00
for every sport after that.
If you register after the deadline, you will be assessed a
$20.00 late fee for each sport.

SLOA's Spring Business Meeting
was held Wednesday, April 15 to elect new officers and board members.
Election results:
John Horton - President Elect
Mike Hoffman - VP Football
Kevin Key - VP Basketball
Pat Steele - VP Volleyball

Bruce Crow - Reelected
Don Meyer - Reelected
Gordon Aronoff - Elected

Special thanks were offered to
officers and board member fulfilling their terms: Walt Richmond out going
Past President and board member Bob Mitchell.
President Sean Nolan
recognized the following for 25 years of officiating service: Bill shell,
Lester Knuckles, Ken Seitz, Bruce Crow, Terry Day, Don Meyer, and Mike Tegeler.
President Nolan awarded our
Life Memberships to Gordon Aronoff and Tom Deiters.
The 2008-09 Basketball,
Football and Volleyball State Officials were given plaques for their
accomplishments:
Football: Bruce
Crow, Walt Richmond, Gordon Stengel, Bart Castelli, and David Rabbitt.

Class 4 & 5 Basketball:
Steve Greer & Dan Fitzgerald

Prosbst spoke briefly to the group on scheduling matters and MSHSAA news.

John Horton addressed the
group on the 5th Annual Missouri Football Clinic to be held in Columbia, MO.
July 25, 2009.
Terry Day took a moment to
speak to all officials about health check ups after his check up found a heart
defect and saved his life this past fall.
Don Meyer spoke the group
about the upcoming Bob Granda Blood Drive.
Meeting closed and sandwiches
and beverages served.
